I created code that will create Animated GIFs in MATLAB the code can be found in the following location
/usr/sci/crcnsdata/CRCNS/Synapses/Code/Matlab/kNN/CreateRotatedRegionGIFs.m
The animated GIFs of the rotating synapses were created successfully but it looks like the animated GIFs don't work in the Blog :( .

Even though I graduated from engineering school, and later worked in a patent law firm representing scientists and inventors, I, unfortunately, do not undertstand any of the articles. What is the practical application of some of them? I'd be curious.

I use the blog more as a reporting platform since I don't want to send email about my results to everyone every time. More over my supervisors can get my experiment status from here.
